
Lavender Latte
Lavender lattes are delicious whether you drink them hot or turn this into an iced lavender latte recipe. This creamy and flavorful drink is perfect for coffee lovers of all levels. Made with just a few simple ingredients, the lavender latte is easy to make at home and can be customized to your liking. Lavender has a subtle, floral taste that is slightly sweet. The honey flavor of the latte is also pretty strong in our latte recipe. It is rich and has a great vanilla essence.

Ingredients
1 OZ - Espresso
½ Cup - Hot milk
½ Cup - Hot water
½ Tbsp - Honey
1 Tbsp - Dried lavender, culinary grade -
Directions
- Add the lavender to the hot water in a small bowl and let steep for about 10 minutes. Strain the lavender and pour the lavender flavored water into a mug.
- Stir the honey into the warm lavender water.
- Add the espresso to the glass and stir.
- Use a frother to foam the hot milk then pour it into the mug.
- Garnish with a few extra lavender pieces and a drizzle of honey then enjoy!
Tip: If you can’t find culinary grade lavender, replace it with a tablespoon of lavender flavored coffee syrup. You may want to omit the honey since the lavender syrup is quite sweet.
