Cinnamon Roll Latte

Turn a cinnamon roll breakfast pastry into a latte. Introducing the Cinnamon Roll Latte. What’s not to love about a warm, buttery dough with cinnamon and sugar?

  • Ingredients

    ¼ Cup - Espresso
    ⅛ TSP - Ground Cinnamon
    1 TSP - Brown Sugar
    1 TBSP - Vanilla Syrup
    1 Cup - Milk
    Toppings: Whipped cream, ground cinnamon (optional)

  • Directions

    1. Brew espresso. I used a moka pot.
    2. Brew coffee with ground cinnamon in the coffee grounds, or use cinnamon syrup.
    3. Stir in brown sugar and vanilla syrup.
    4. Add milk.
    5. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle ground cinnamon.

Fun Fact: Typically, Cinnamon rolls aren't eaten with frosting outside of North America.
